As the Founder of Miami Blocks Real Estate, Menachem brings a results-driven, hands-on approach to apartment leasing across Miami-Dade and Broward County.
With over 500 successfully leased units throughout his career, Menachem understands what it takes to match the right tenant with the right property — quickly and efficiently. He works closely with landlords to minimize vacancy, optimize rental pricing, and streamline the leasing process from showing to signed lease.
Known for his responsiveness, market knowledge, and straightforward communication style, Menachem prides himself on making the rental experience smooth, transparent, and stress-free for everyone involved.
